A re-purpose of the association’s site to retain existing membership and attract new members unaware of their breadth of services.




Henderson Robb designed and coded a site with streamlined navigation and modules accessible with one click off the home page and no more than three clicks to sign up and pay if required.

In order to increase visits to the site, strategic key words were embedded throughout the copy to improve organic ranking in search engines. Additionally, to further advance their business, and modernize key elements of the brand Henderson Robb designed a revised version of the corporate logo. To capitalize on this new brand image, new website, and improved web presence, Henderson Robb proposed a lead generation and CRM building program that the TCA called the TCA Advantage Club.

Because the TCA is a member based site, it was very important to the TCA to feature and highlight areas that build a strong sense of community and camaraderie amongst its members.
